These terms apply to the Smoke Alarm website and demonstration environment provided by Audit Shield AI. Customer subscriptions are governed by a separate services agreement.

Demonstration environment

The Evergreen Dispensary shown on this site is fictional. All figures, identifiers, brands, suppliers and people in the demonstration are simulated and are clearly labelled as such. Nothing in the demonstration represents a real facility, a real regulatory determination or a real filing.

No legal or compliance advice

Smoke Alarm surfaces inventory discrepancies and flags potential obligations for human review. It does not determine whether a regulatory violation has occurred, does not submit notifications to any regulator, and does not replace your compliance program, your counsel or the applicable rules of your jurisdiction. Regulatory thresholds shown in the product are illustrative and must be verified against current authoritative sources before being relied upon.

Records

Smoke Alarm never rewrites your system of record on its own. Any change to expected inventory is proposed, approved and recorded as an auditable transaction by your authorised users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other customers’ data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
